Many-Body Problem in Quantum Statistical Mechanics. II. Virial Expansion for Hard-Sphere Gas

Abstract

The method developed in a previous paper is used to evaluate the fugacity coefficients ${b}_{l}$ to the order $\frac{{a}^{2}}{{\ensuremath{\lambda}}^{2}}$ for a hard-sphere gas with spin $J$ satisfying Bose-Einstein or Fermi-Dirac statistics.
