Time-modulated Release of Multiple Proteins from Enzyme-responsive Multilayered Capsules

Abstract

Abstract The time-modulated release of two kinds of proteins in response to specific enzymes was achieved by using multilayered capsules incorporating these proteins in separate positions of the capsule, which were prepared via layer-by-layer assembly of chitosan, dextran sulfate, and poly(l-lysine).
