Transfusion of Separated Leukocytes into Irradiated Dogs with Aplastic Marrows

Abstract

The feasibility of recirculating separated leucocytes has been demonstrated in dogs with complete bone marrow aplasia induced by x-irradiation. The transfused granulocytes were shown to migrate to sites of infection.
