Abstract

Hold the benzothiazoline: Highly enantioselective transfer hydrogenation of difluoromethyl ketimines with benzothiazolines catalyzed by a chiral phosphoric acid furnishes α-difluoromethylated amines in good yields and with excellent enantioselectivity, irrespective of the stereochemistry of the starting materials. PMP=p-methoxyphenyl. As a service to our authors and readers, this journal provides supporting information supplied by the authors.
