Dynamical spin fluctuation and lattice vibration in Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O single crystals with T c =80 K is investigated by Raman scattering. Very broad scattering, ranging from low energy to over 4000 cm -1 , is observed together with more than ten phonon peaks. Very broad scattering is assigned to the two-magnon scattering from the overdamped spin fluctuation on the two-dimensional Cu-O layers as in the case of superconducting (La 1- x Sr x ) 2 CuO 4 and YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7- y .
