ON NORMAL BASES OF A FINITE FIELD

Abstract

In this paper irreducible polynomials of degree are constructed over a finite field of characteristic 0$ SRC=http://ej.iop.org/images/0025-5734/61/2/A14/tex_sm_3220_img3.gif/> with linearly independent roots, where the integer divides one of the numbers , , or . Properties of normal bases of the field over formed by the roots of are also studied.
