Occupational Contact Dermatitis to Propacetamol

Abstract

Propacetamol induces airborne contact dermatitis with no evidence of sensitization to paracetamol or diethylglycine, possibly because of either the presence of unknown impurities and/or an antigenic structure related to the covalent bond of the prodrug.
