Autologous conjunctival epithelium transplantation and scleral patch graft for postlensectomy wound leakage in Marfan syndrome

Abstract

Transplantation of autologous cultivated conjunctival epithelium appears to be a valid strategy in the treatment of ocular disease requiring extensive excision of the conjunctiva.
