Neuromuscular morphometry of the uterine ligaments and vaginal wall in women with pelvic organ prolapse

Abstract

Both total innervation of the anterior vaginal epithelium and uterine ligaments, and muscular percentage of the round ligament and vaginal wall were decreased in women with pelvic organ prolapse.
