Raloxifene improves the ovariectomy-induced impairment in endothelium-dependent vasodilation

Abstract

Raloxifene rapidly restored FMD that was impaired after surgical menopause. Therefore, raloxifene may be effective for ameliorating and maintaining endothelial function in premenopausal women who undergo ovariectomy.
