Behavior and Gastroesophageal Reflux in the Premature Neonate

Abstract

These data indicate that reflux-specific behavioral criteria, established in older term infants, may be inappropriate as diagnostic criteria for GER in premature neonates and may lead to the unnecessary use of antireflux therapy.
