Thickness dependence of the critical concentration in diluted ferromagnetic thin films

Abstract

An effective-field calculation for diluted Ising ferromagnetic thin films is proposed. The critical concentration below which the ferromagnetism disappears is shown to decrease with increasing film thickness.
