Dot-ELISA vs. PCR of Fine Needle Aspirates of Tuberculous Lymphadenitis

Abstract

Application of dot-ELISA was more sensitive but less specific as compared to PCR. PCR, though expensive, should be used in problem cases because of its high specificity.
