Angle Closure After Boston Keratoprosthesis

Abstract

After Boston KPro surgery, patients must be carefully monitored for the onset or progression of glaucoma. Progressive angle closure can occur after placement of a Boston KPro and may be seen in conjunction with irido-backplate touch.
