Abstract

We describe a method for measuring surface transfer impedance which gets results quickly, has better than 5-percent measurement accuracy when compared to an absolute standard, and is capable of measuring surface transfer impedances of less than a micro-ohm (approximately 160-dB shielding effectiveness).
