Mood self-assessment in bipolar disorder: a comparison between patients in mania, depression, and euthymia

Abstract

Patients with bipolar disorder in mania, but not those in depression, poorly evaluate their affective state, reinforcing the occurrence of insight impairment in the manic syndrome.
