Four years of lamivudine treatment in Chinese patients with chronic hepatitis B

Abstract

Despite the emergence of YMDD-variant HBV, Chinese patients showed increased HBeAg seroconversion and improvement in ALT levels with an increased duration of treatment with lamivudine.
