A Computer program has been prepared for the IBM 1620 which simultaneously integrates the trajectory of any of the outer satellites of Jupiter by a modification of Cowell's method, and also derives, by means of numerical integration, all the partial differential coefficients of the instantaneous position vector with respect to incremental changes in the initial conditions. These results are then directly incorporated into another program, which computes differential corrections; and, finally, a program which computes an ephemeris.
