MR Cholangiography in the Evaluation of Neonatal Cholestasis

Abstract

MR cholangiography can be used to depict the major biliary structures of neonates and small infants and to exclude biliary atresia as the cause of neonatal cholestasis by allowing visualization of the biliary tract.
