Predictable Healing of Femoral Neck Fractures Treated With Intraoperative Compression and Length-Stable Implants

Abstract

With careful consideration to reduction, we fixed femoral neck fractures with nonsliding constructs, resulting in a high union rate with very minimal shortening of the femoral neck.
