Abstract

Abstract Densimetric, viscometric, conductometric, and microwave dielectric measurements have been performed on sodium deoxycholate in water and water‐urea solutions, at several temperatures, in order to obtain further informations on the first critical micellar concentration and on super‐aggregation phenomena. – Some interesting results are obtained, especially those casting light on the interactions occurring at the interface between water molecules and micelles. These aggregation processes may be of interest in biological fluids, for example in the solubilization of cholesterol and several other lipids.
