Clomipramine and Sexual Function in Men with Premature Ejaculation and Controls

Abstract

Clomipramine (25 mg. as needed) effectively increases ejaculatory latency in men with primary premature ejaculation, while treatment is not effective in those with premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction.
