Spherical Cyclophosphazene Dendrimers to the Fifth Generation

Abstract

The cyclophosphazene ring is the core of the phosphorus dendrimers reported here, which are prepared by alternate additions of diamino tentacles and N3P3Cl5 flagstones. The dendrimer of the fifth generation contains 18 750 terminal PCl functions. The structure of the dendrimer of the first generation calculated by molecular modeling is shown on the right.
