Oral Manifestations of Paracoccidioidomycosis

Abstract

Deep mycoses are caused by fungal infections and can lead to serious systemic complications and even death. Some mycoses can present with oral manifestations, and recognizing these different oral manifestations is important for correct diagnosis. Here we describe the oral manifestations of paracoccidioidomycosis.
