Collagenosis nuchae-a new entity?

Abstract

We describe the development of diffuse induration and swelling on the back of the neck in two adult men. Biopsies of these areas were historically similar, showing disorganized collagen bundles with very few fibroblastic cells. We believe that these clinical and histological changes constitute a separate entity which has not previously been described.
