The radiological features of cephalhæmatoma are described and their contribution to the investigation regarding etiology is discussed. It is demonstrated that the radiological diagnosis is no longer simple because of absence of alternatives. Having recently demonstrated the characteristics and high incidence rate of craniolacunia and craniofenestria, we now show how cephalhæmatoma must be differentiated from these two conditions. A new proposal regarding treatment is advanced.
