It is shown that clusters generated by diffusion-limited aggregation verify a geometrical extended self-similarity analogous to that existing in the field of fully developed turbulent flows. This property is used to measure the exponents describing scaling properties of the cluster in its active zone. This particular scaling is explained using a recent description [Z. S. She and E. Leveque, Phys. Rev. Lett. 72, 336 (1994)] of intermittency in turbulent flows. This suggests that the statistics of intermittency can appear in systems other than turbulence.
