Abstract

The four naupliar, three zoeal, three mysis, and first post-larval stages of the tiger prawn Penaeus esculentus were cultured in the laboratory and generally completed development within 200-220 h. These stages are described and figured, gross characters of potential diagnostic value being tabulated.
