Gluco-lipidic indices in treated hypothyroidism associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Abstract

A link could be identified between hypothyroidism and markers of glucose and lipid homeostasis, but not with severity of NAFLD. The lack of correlation with liver biopsy requires further studies.
