N. Abstract The predicted yields of Be-9, B-10, and B-11 from primordial nucleosynthesis are investigated in both the standard model (SM) and the nonuniform density model (NDM). For SM, the study takes into account a wide range of Omega(B), the average baryonic density of the universe, and for NDM it takes into account a larger range of parameter space, including variations in Omega(B), the volume fraction of the high-density zones, and the ratio of baryon number density in high-density zones to that in low-density zones. The NDM is found for most of the possible parameter space to produce considerably more Be-9, B-10, and B-11 than does the SM.
