Dentoskeletal effects of functional appliances vs bimaxillary surgery in hyperdivergent Class II patients

Abstract

Both the functional appliances and orthognathic surgery resulted in similar dentoskeletal treatment changes. The control groups did not self correct either in the anteroposterior or vertical dimensions.
