WKB Derivation of Equivalent Local Potentials from RGM Non-Local Potentials of the Systems of 0s-Shell-Nucleus + 16O

Equivalent local potentials for x+ 16O systems where x is any 0s-shell nucleus are calculated from RGM non-local potentials by the use of WKB prescription previously proposed. It is shown that the thus-derived local potentials reproduce quite accurately the phase-shifts by the original RGM non-local potentials.
