This review considers the methods of preparation, properties, and structure of organopolymetallic compounds containing elements of Group IVB connected with a metal carbonyl residue. Compounds of this type are interesting from the point of view of investigating metal–metal interaction, that is, from the theoretical point of view. Their practical use in various fields of chemistry and technology is possible. 176 references.
