Efficient Modulation of the Third Order Nonlinear Optical Properties of Fullerene Derivatives

Abstract

In this communication, we illustrate how the different co-conformations of fullerene-stoppered molecular shuttles can give different third order nonlinear optical responses, demonstrating the potential of molecular shuttles for photonic applications.
