Somatic Mutations of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor in Colorectal Carcinoma

Abstract

Our findings suggest that a distinct minority of colorectal adenocarcinomas exhibit somatic mutations of EGFR, and these tumors may be susceptible to gefitinib treatment.
