Isolated Liver Metastases from Neuroendocrine Tumors: Does Resection Prolong Survival?

Abstract

Hepatic resection in selected patients with isolated liver metastases from neuroendocrine tumors may prolong survival. This conclusion was reached by comparing our resected group with an unresectable group with similar tumor burden.
