• Diagnosis of visceral artery aneurysms is increasing due to CT and MRI. • Diameter of visceral arterial aneurysms is no reliable predictor for rupture. • False aneurysms/pseudoaneurysms and symptomatic cases need emergency treatment. • Interventional treatment is safe and effective.
