The silver salts AgPF6 and AgSbF6 react with pyrazine to give unprecedented networks of two- and three-dimensional cubic units. The PF derivative has a layered structure, whereas the SbF derivative (shown schematically on the right) contains a simple cubic frame of the α-polonium type.
