Abstract

Abstract Log phase cultures of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in nutrient broth containing polysorbate 80 were much less resistant to the action of benzalkonium chloride, chlorhexidine diacetate and polymyxin B sulphate than cells grown in plain broth.
