DES assisted synthesis of hierarchical nitrogen-doped carbon molecular sieves for selective CO₂versus N₂ adsorption

Abstract

Deep eutectic solvents composed of resorcinol, 3-hydroxypyridine and tetraethylammonium bromide have been used for the synthesis of hierarchical nitrogen-doped carbon molecular sieves highly suitable for CO₂ adsorption.
