Impact of the Bag Exchange Procedure on Risk of Peritonitis

Abstract

Not wearing a face mask and cap and having anemia were independent risk factors for peritonitis. A further randomized control study needs to verify the correlation between improper bag exchange technique and peritonitis in PD patients.
