The differential cross section for proton-proton scattering has been measured for 23 center-of-mass angles from 10\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} to 90\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}, with \ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.8% absolute probable error at angles greater than 14\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}. The incident proton energy was 25.63-Mev lab. The 90\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} cross section is 18.59 millibarns, and the interference minimum of 17.09 mb occurs at 24\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} c.m. A set of phase shifts which fit the data are: $^{1}S_{0}$, 49.5\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}; $^{3}P_{0}$, 8.2\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}; $^{3}P_{1}$, -4.2\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}; $^{3}P_{2}$, 2.0\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}; $^{1}D_{2}$, 0.62\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}.
