Abstract

Metallophthalocyanine thin films, obtained by vacuum deposition as highly ordered, uniquely oriented films (the Figure shows an iron phthalocyanine film deposited at 200°C), have been sued to fabricated organic field‐effect transistors (FETs). It is demonstrated that the substrate temperature during deposition greatly affects the substrate temperature during deposition greatly affects the electric properties of the devices.
