The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists micro‐invasive carcinoma of the cervix study: preliminary results

Abstract

There is no uniformity in the management of micro-invasive carcinoma of the cervix. The frequency of recurrence, lymph metastases, and death is low. Nonradical surgery appears to give satisfactory results.
