Unrelated Versus Related Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation After Reduced Intensity Conditioning

Abstract

Using unrelated donors after RIC is feasible, but it resulted in more CMV infection and increased transplant-related mortality. Survival was comparable to that of sibling transplants.
