Abstract We obtained the first cinchonidine inclusion crystal with benzene as a neutral guest. Comparison of the inclusion and guest-free crystal structures by the qualitative hierarchical analysis clarified their supramolecular isomerism of asymmetric 21 helical columnar assembly with supramolecular chirality.
