Modellreaktionen von Metalloxiden an Silicium‐Sauerstoff‐Oberflächen

Abstract

Model Reactions of Metal Oxides at Silicon‐Oxygen Surfaces Reaction of (tBu) 2 Si(OReO 3 ) 2 ( 1 ) with ArNCO (Ar = 2,6‐ i Pr 2 ‐C 6 H 3 ) leads to the novel compound [( t Bu) 2 SiO 2 ] 2 (μ 2 ‐O) 4 (μ 3 ‐O) 4 ‐[ReO(NAr)] 2 [Re(NAr)] 2 ( 2 ). The X‐ray structure of 2 containing two molecules of deuterated benzene ( 2 2 C 6 D 6 ) is reported.
