Site‐Specific Photodeposition of Silver on ZnO Nanorods

Abstract

Head–tail-like nanoheterostructures consisting of ZnO nanorods and silver nanoparticles (see picture) are assembled by site-specific photoreduction of silver ions at the surface of pre-formed ZnO nanorods.
