Decreased eNOS Protein Expression in Involuting and Propranolol-Treated Hemangiomas

Abstract

Expression of eNOS protein decreases during the hemangioma lifecycle. Propranolol may suppress hemangioma growth by inhibiting expression of eNOS protein and subsequent production of nitric oxide.
