Lamellar Intrastromal Corneal Tattoo for Treating Iris Defects (Artificial Iris)

Abstract

The lamellar intrastromal tattoo technique appeared to be efficacious for treating different types of iris defects in eye-bank eyes. Further investigation of this technique in nonsighted patient eyes is warranted.
